Terms & Conditions

By booking or using the services of Blue Moves, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


  • 1. Billing & Usage Policy

    ● Time and distance are calculated from garage to garage.

    ● Minimum billing slabs may apply for extended usage or long-duration services.

    ● Charges apply once the vehicle leaves our garage, irrespective of usage.


  • 2. Taxes, Parking & Toll Charges

    ● Parking charges, toll taxes, and state taxes are charged separately unless included in the selected package.

    ● In case of package travel, applicable inclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.


  • 3. Taxes & Payment Mode Charges

    ● Applicable taxes will be charged on the total invoice as per government regulations.

    ● Additional charges may apply for payments made through certain payment modes.


  • 4. Vehicle Breakdown or Replacement

    ● In the event of mechanical failure or an accident, reasonable time may be required to arrange a replacement vehicle.

    ● If alternate arrangements are made by the client, charges will apply only up to the point of service interruption.


  • 5. Air Conditioning (AC) Policy

    ● If air conditioning becomes non-functional during the journey, applicable charges will be adjusted from that point onward in accordance with company policy.


  • 6. Payment Terms

    ● All invoices must be settled within the stipulated payment period mentioned on the invoice.

    ● Delays in payment may attract additional charges as per company policy.


  • 7. Complaints & Support

    ● Any service-related complaint must be reported immediately during the journey to allow timely resolution.

    ● Complaints raised after completion of the service may not be entertained.

    ● Our support team operates round the clock to handle emergencies and service concerns.


  • 8. Delays Due to Unforeseen Events

    ● Delays caused by natural calamities, road conditions, government restrictions, or other uncontrollable events shall be borne by the client.


  • 9. Limitation of Liability

    ● Blue Moves shall not be liable for loss of productivity, business loss, or working hours due to vehicle breakdowns, delays, or accidents.

    ● All vehicles are insured, and any claims must be pursued with the respective insurance provider.


  • 10. Luggage & Personal Belongings

    ● Blue Moves is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

    ● If items are recovered, delivery may be arranged at an additional cost.


  • 11. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

    ● Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation prior to the scheduled journey.

    ● No-shows or last-minute cancellations may attract full charges.


  • 12. Chauffeur Safety & Driving Policy

    ● Chauffeurs may take mandatory rest breaks during long drives in the interest of passenger safety.


  • 13. Onboard Conduct

    ● Consumption of food, beverages, or alcoholic items inside the vehicle while in motion is not permitted.

    ● Any damage caused to the vehicle due to client negligence shall be recoverable from the responsible party.
